What is a run?One AI assistant working through one customer request as a shopping agent, from search to pick. AI gives a different answer each time, so a test repeats each request several times and reports how often your client wins.

What happens to unused plan runs?They roll over for one month, then expire. Extra runs you buy as top-ups never expire.

Can we change or cancel a plan?Yes. Switching takes effect at your next renewal. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for, and you keep access until then.

Can we stop one client using up all our runs?Yes. Admins can set optional limits per test and per client each month.
